- Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.
- How to Return: Please contact us here with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 working days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
